Circle K

I was kind of shocked at the total of 3.96 for 2 cups of ice water and 2 cups of ice and said thats pretty crazy on the price and laughed at the fact that the ice waters were .10 cents cheaper than the ice waters. I was laughing at the craziness and wasn't really mad till the clerk said there were other place to get my ice waters next time. Lady I wasn't being rude. I was making a joke at the ridiculous price. No need to be rude. Trust me I know there are other gas stations. I will stop going there for my daily coffees/sodas as well. Stupid prices and rude employees. I was getting irritated because the coke icee machine has been down for awhile as well. That's what I originally came in for and it was still down. Im not asking for the employee to over the top friendly but a scrappy come back is just the icing on the cake. 0 stars needs to be a thing.

The soda fountain was dirty at 6:45 pm. There was 1 cashier. The self- checkout had an issue (ripped a dollar bill, then rejected it and future bills) and the cashier continued to take other customers, ignoring our call light even though she was over by us twice.

For a convenience store in an affluent neighborhood, we were extremely disappointed. The store was dirty, the restrooms were absolutely disgusting and didn't appear to have been cleaned in some time. Don't recommend stopping, just keep driving.

This review is purely about the car wash, but I think it says a lot about whoever is in charge of this location. I have had a family membership with Circle K for a while, mostly because of price and that this is one of the very few touch free options left. That is over. This location's wash is either constantly out of service or not working 100% when it is "operational." Usually, the issue is the dryers only work on the driver's side, lately it hasn't even been applying any soap or water for the first couple of passes, it thinks it is, but nothing comes out. I have taken my business elsewhere and I suggest you do too.

It’s about to be car wash season please beware of the facility you choose to get your car cleaned at. It’s been over 3 weeks since my car was crushed by the Circle K car wash on the corner of Feise and Hwy K in Ofallon, Mo. I have reached out by phone, online inquiries, social media, visiting the store, and sent letters without a response. This is obviously on purpose. If Circle K cared about their customers and felt they had a good product they wouldn’t make themselves impossible to contact. Let me add there are NO signs in or around the car wash stating they are not responsible for damages. I entered that car wash with full faith i would get the service i paid for, without worries. Instead my son and i were stuck in a wash with no where to go while the brush malfunctioned and crushed the back of my van, sending glass everywhere. buyer beware, if you support circle k they won’t support you should they deliver bad products or hazardous conditions.
